Germain Land Rover North Hills in Wexford, PA is seeking an Automotive Parts Manager to lead the parts department full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. The role offers a salary of $75k-$100k based on experience and emphasizes profitability, inventory balance, and customer service.

You will recruit and mentor staff, maintain inventory for service, wholesale, and retail, set pricing strategies and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years automotive parts management experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
