Germain Land Rover North Hills is seeking an Automotive Parts Manager to oversee the parts department in a fast-paced dealership environment in Wexford, PA. The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and knowledge of automotive parts and repair techniques.

You will manage staff, set departmental goals, and ensure profitability while maintaining excellent customer service. Expect a full-time schedule with occasional Saturdays and a competitive compensation package based on experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of automotive parts management experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Clean driving record.
