Job summary

A & L RV Sales in Johnson City, TN is seeking a reliable Parts Associate to support service technicians and customers. You’ll research parts, place orders, stock inventory, and ensure parts are accessible for timely repairs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in RV/auto/marine parts, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; forklift certification is a plus. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of parts experience in RV, Auto, or Marine industry a plus.
• Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures, and policies of the shop.
• Comprehensive product knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred or ability to be certified required.
• May lift to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
