Dobbs Truck Group is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support the Parts Department. You will monitor product flow, manage in-store and fleet-sponsored warranty items, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role involves daily cycle counts, store-front upkeep, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely returns and stock integrity. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in related roles, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a dependable team mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in quality control, warehouse, or parts/inventory position.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain warranty storage and returns.
• Keep warranty areas clean and organized; manage scrap list.
• Return warranty parts promptly when requested.
• Collaborate with warranty administrators to resolve challenges.
• Manage reverse logistics and core inventory accuracy.
• Ensure accurate customer returns and stock updates.
