HOLT CAT in Irving, Texas is looking for two Parts Warehouse Clerks. The role is responsible for responding to customers' needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position is located at 2000 East Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062. A valid driver license and reliable transportation are required.

Essential Functions
- Model, promote, and reinforce consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.
- Work safely at all times, adhere to safety policies, and comply with all company procedures and standards.
- Adhere to contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations.
- Maintain all company equipment, warehouse environment, tools, and work areas in a clean and working order.
- Complete all parts order pulling transactions accurately and timely for external and internal customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete all stock replenishment tasks accurately and timely to maintain proper inventory status.
- Keep parts operations office, warehouse, and outside yards neat and orderly as assessed by the department manager.
- Develop sales and inventory skills through internal training programs.
- Complete internal parts orders and identify parts for return, communicating job status to supervisor as needed.
- Learn to place third‑party orders through the CODA system and receive orders through CODA.
- Perform housekeeping duties while adhering to contamination control guidelines.
- Work overtime as required by workload.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Meet all requirements outlined in the Parts Warehouse Position Designation Guidelines, including order pulling, job‑related software, forklift operation, hydraulic hose building, and safety procedures.
- General knowledge of equipment and tools, including design, use, repair, and maintenance.
- Proficiency with current computer software and related hardware.
- Operation and control skills of equipment or systems.
- Equipment selection skills by determining appropriate tools and equipment for a job.
- Follow logical troubleshooting procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and equipment used in mechanical repair, including an overhead crane.
- Operate a conventional forklift.
- Operate machine or vehicle controls quickly and accurately to exact positions.
- Be self‑starting and self‑motivated.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Read, write, and understand information.
- Listen to and understand information presented verbatim.
Requirements
Education and Experience: Up to two years of warehouse operations experience. Must complete HOLT VBL and DiSC training.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required, including overnight stays; travel between stores within the region for special projects and company needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Perform duties requiring standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
- Use hands with good manual dexterity; frequently lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ascend/descend ladders and equipment independently.
- Respond to visual, auditory, and other signals including alarms and instructions.
- Maintain ability to perform tasks without fatigue; accommodations may be made for disabilities.
Work Environment:
- Indoor work around moving mechanical parts; occasional exposure to weather extremes when working outside.
- Exposure to small quantities of chemicals, dust, steam, high‑pressure water, and high‑speed rotating equipment.
- Work in bright or inadequate lighting; exposure to high noise levels and vibration.
- Require common protective or safety equipment.
- Potential for minor burns, cuts, bites, or stings.
