GFL Environmental is seeking a Parts Administrator to monitor and maintain inventories, purchase orders, and invoices. The role aims to streamline inventory processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

You will help manage part levels, perform audits, and work with vendors to optimize pricing and services. A strong focus on accuracy and efficiency supports sustainable, cost-saving measures.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of inventory control or parts management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control system to ensure parts are stocked within budget.
• Receive and label inventory; keep inventory area organized.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock counts.
• Maintain aged inventory, collections and returns; conduct audits.
• Order parts through internal system; obtain quotes from vendors.
• Process vendor repair orders, purchase orders and invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Expedite parts and services to support production.
• Ensure received products meet purchase order specifications.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
