Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Parts Acquisition Specialist in Texas to facilitate pulling service parts, maintain inventory controls, and process orders with accuracy. You will communicate with dealers and homeowners, coordinate with transportation, and ensure timely delivery within 7 days.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or higher, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel), and familiarity with Oracle ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, associate degree or higher, preferred.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
• Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
• Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
• Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled.
• Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 7 days.
• Documenting and processing orders for shipment.
• Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis.
• Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations.
• Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved.
• Creating individual processes to improve our customers’ experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
