Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a warehouse/inventory associate to support production by supplying materials, moving WIP and finished goods, and maintaining orderly inventories. You will replace tools, update status boards, and assist lean activities like 5S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–2 years' related experience or training, or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work as a team with a professional attitude
• Ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment
• Understand basic manufacturing processes and how inventory interacts with upstream/downstream functions
• Good computer skills to query, monitor, input ERP data
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Powered Industrial Truck Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Supply raw materials and parts to production areas and technicians
• Transport finished goods and WIP between work locations
• Replace tools and consumables for technicians
• Update delivery status boards
• Pack materials and supplies for movement
• Support development of workstations and WIP racks
• Assist 5S, CI, and lean activities
• Maintain inventory storage in a clean, orderly manner
• Use Ramco Aviation Software to verify records and posting
• Monitor shelf life of parts and enforce FIFO
• Process returns to stock from 145 work orders
• Manage repair and exchange inventories for 145 dept. work orders
