Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. in Whitestown, IN is seeking a Full Time Parts Inventory Clerk to support warranty returns, order returns, and related paperwork.

You will lead on claims with international shipments, UPS, LTL, and other vendors, manage dirty core storage and returns, and oversee the Dealer Inventory Alliance to meet International standards. • Experience with warranty returns and paperwork processes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and shipping carriers.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and documentation accurately.
• Willingness to perform a variety of duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead on claims with International, UPS, LTL and multiple other vendors.
• Control dirty core storage and returns for all sources/vendors.
• Handle the surplus order return process.
• Oversee the Dealer Inventory Alliance to meet International standards.
• Control the Product Review Center for warranty item returns.
• Prepare and organize paperwork and documentation for inventory and returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Parts Inventory Clerk to assist with Warranty returns, Order Returns, and Paperwork

Duties and Requirements:

• Lead on many types of claims with International, UPS, LTL, and multiple other vendors and suppliers


• Controls dirty core storage and returns for all sources/vendors


• Handles the surplus order return


• Oversees the Dealer Inventory Alliance to meet Internationals standards


• Controls the Product Review Center in order to meet Internationals standards on warranty item returns


• Paperwork/Documentation/Organization of all of the items listed above


• Other Duties as Assigned
