Job summary

Winters Recreation LLC is seeking a motivated Parts Desk Sales Associate to join our team in the Midwest. The role blends customer service, inside sales, and operational support, offering variety and a chance to grow with a growing business.

You will assist customers, identify their needs, prepare quotes, promote products, and follow up on sales opportunities while coordinating orders through completion. You’ll also handle order processing, inventory accuracy, returns, and shipment tracking,

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Desk Sales Associate to join our team! This position offers a unique combination of customer service, inside sales, and operational support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, and contributing to a team's success.

A key focus of this role will be supporting and growing sales of golf cart parts and accessories, Toro products, outdoor power equipment, pallet racking, warehouse shelving, and storage solutions. Responsibilities include assisting customers, identifying their needs, preparing quotes, promoting and following up on sales opportunities, and coordinating orders through completion. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, recognizing opportunities, and helping expand our customer base.

In addition to sales, this position plays an important role in keeping our Parts Department running smoothly. Responsibilities include order processing, inventory accuracy, returns, shipment tracking, and communication between departments. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to success.
