Dee Zee, Inc in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Parts Hanger to handle, hang and unload parts on an overhead conveyor moving at speeds up to 8 to 10 feet per minute.

The role requires ability to operate a hand truck, perform quality testing, and maintain records while working in environments with coolant, dust, and varying temperatures. 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacuring or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to stop the production line and/or prevent shipment of products due to nonconformance or potential nonconformance products to Dee Zee customers.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Must be able to operate hand truck.
• Must demonstrate computer literacy.
• Ability to inspect parts for company quality standards.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and control plan.
• Ability to set up line with proper hook configurations.
• Ability to stand at paint line or wash line for periods of up to 2 hours at a time.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Position Summary:
