Job summary

Rush Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Parts Driver in Virginia to deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from suppliers. You will coordinate pickups, verify invoices, and maintain delivery logs while supporting warehouse operations and frontline staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three months of delivery/customer service experience, and a valid driver license with insurability. Excellent teamwork and safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts to customers, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
• Check before leaving to coordinate last minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
• Verify invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
• Check payments received with invoices for each delivery.
• Keep log of daily deliveries and pick-ups; obtain recipient's signature.
• Unload truck nightly; turn in paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Help stock and post orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.
• Assist in warehouse as requested by leadership.
