Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Driver to deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from suppliers for the dealership. This role supports warehouse operations and requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, verifying invoices, logging deliveries, and assisting in stocking orders. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three months’ experience in customer and delivery services.
• Must possess a valid driver license with insurability per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts to customer, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
• Check before leaving to coordinate any last minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
• Verify that invoices match purchase orders for each pick-up.
• Check payments received with invoices for each delivery.
• Keep accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups; request recipient’s signature on delivery entries.
• Unload truck each night; turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Help with stocking and posting orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts; assist in warehouse as needed.
