Performance Expectations:

1. Project a positive, helpful, and professional attitude toward our customers.
2. Drive courteously and carefully at all times, following company policies including seat belt use.
3. Check the delivery board and prepare for deliveries, ensuring proper parts and invoices are ready.
4. Coordinate with the parts department for additional stops, if needed.
5. Handle incoming funds, including checks and cash, and turn them in daily to the cashier.
6. Assist shipping and receiving as needed.
7. Ensure all deliveries and pickups are complete, with no missing parts and all items received and signed for.
8. Load and unload customer parts following specific instructions.
9. Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times.
10. Learn other interacting positions within the department to understand all aspects of the parts department.
