Description

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

1. Project a positive, helpful, and professional attitude toward customers.
2. Drive courteously and carefully at all times. Seat belts are required per company policy.
3. Check the delivery board and prepare for deliveries, including lining up proper parts and invoices. Coordinate with the parts department for additional stops if needed.
4. Receive incoming funds and deposit checks or cash collected from customers daily with the cashier.
5. Assist the shipping and receiving clerk as needed.
6. Ensure all deliveries or pickups are complete, with no missing parts and all items received and signed for.
7. Handle loading and unloading of customer parts following specific instructions.
8. Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times.
9. Learn skills of other interacting positions within the department to understand all aspects of the parts department.
