Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Driver to deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from suppliers. You will ensure accuracy of invoices, maintain delivery logs, and assist in stocking and warehouse tasks to support technicians and accounts.

Minimum qualifications include a GED or high school diploma, 3 months in delivery/customer service, and a valid driver license. Health and retirement benefits are part of the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three months of experience in customer and delivery services is required.
• Must possess a current and valid driver license with insurability per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts to customers, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
• Coordinate last-minute pickups or deliveries as needed.
• Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders for each pickup.
• Check payments received with invoices for each delivery.
• Maintain daily delivery and pickup logs and obtain recipient signatures.
• Unload truck at night and turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Assist in stocking and posting orders to expedite delivery to technicians and accounts.
• Help in warehouse as requested by leadership.
