Job summary

Rush Truck Centers in Joliet, IL is seeking a Parts Driver to deliver and pick up parts for customers and suppliers. You will coordinate pickups, assist with orders, and ensure invoices align with purchases while maintaining daily delivery logs.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma.
• Three months' experience in customer and delivery services.
• Must possess a current and valid Class C driver's license with insurability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up parts for customers, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
• Coordinate last-minute pickups or deliveries.
• Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
• Verify invoices match purchase orders for each pickup.
• Check payments received with invoices for each delivery.
• Keep accurate logs of daily deliveries and pickups; obtain recipient signatures.
• Unload truck nightly and submit paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Assist in stocking and posting orders to expedite delivery to shop Technicians and retail accounts.
• Assist in warehouse as requested by leadership.
