Hireology is seeking a Parts Driver in the United States, Arkansas. The role focuses on delivering parts with accuracy, providing quotes, and updating customers on orders.

You will load vehicles, manage routes, and maintain records while ensuring top-quality service to internal and external customers. Qualifications include a high school diploma (business degree preferred), strong communication, and the ability to lift and move merchandise.

• Work experience in parts or a related field; dealership experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge in our area of automotive parts.

• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude and provide outstanding service.
• Properly load the parts truck for delivery, ensuring efficient routing and accurate logs.
• Coordinate last-minute pickups or deliveries with the parts manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely processing of part orders and availability checks.
• Verify prices and enter orders through Reynolds and Reynolds system.
• Analyze customer requests for parts and provide information and prices.
• Follow up on back orders and provide current information to customers.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup as needed.
• Keep records of repair orders, invoices, and parts information.
• Establish professional relationships with distributors, dealers, service centers, and customers.
• Collect payments or obtain credit authorization as necessary.
• Follow all state and federal laws when operating a company vehicle.
• Conduct business ethically and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
