Thermo King Northeast is seeking a dependable individual for a full-time delivery/warehouse role in Windsor Locks, CT. The position offers early morning shifts (1st shift) with a competitive hourly rate of $20.00–$22.00 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include safe delivery of products, accurate documentation, and basic warehouse tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in material handling.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend maps and/or written directions.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the company, vendors, and customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers, tracking, and logs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to our customers in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
• Fill out delivery logs and paperwork completely and accurately.
• Verify that parts orders match the parts pulled for delivery.
• Perform general warehouse duties during non-delivery times.
• Pick up and process returned parts and cores from customers daily.
