Job summary

Thermo King Northeast is hiring for a full-time delivery/warehouse associate in Windsor Locks, CT. The role offers an hourly rate of $20.00–$22.00, first shift, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Responsibilities include safe delivery, accurate logs, parts verification, and general warehouse tasks. Requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; CDL not required for entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in material handling preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read maps or written directions.
• Strong communication with all levels, vendors and customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with numbers, tracking and logs.

• Deliver products to customers safely, professionally, and on time.
• Fill out delivery logs and paperwork completely and accurately.
• Verify that parts orders match the parts pulled for delivery.
• Perform general warehouse duties during non-delivery times.
• Pick up and process returned parts and cores daily.

Location: Windsor Locks, CT

Position Type: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $22.00

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products to our customers in a safe, professional, and timely manner.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.
