Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Seattle is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver to pick up and deliver parts across the Seattle area on a scheduled daily route. You will verify orders, obtain signatures, and keep accurate delivery records to ensure smooth operations.

No automotive experience is required; training will be provided. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, and you will be part of a team that values punctuality and reliability to keep technicians and guests

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts to wholesale accounts and customers across Seattle on a scheduled daily route.
• Verify outgoing orders for accuracy before departure and match parts to customers.

• Communicate delays, traffic, or delivery issues proactively to keep the parts department informed.
• Return cores and warranty parts accurately and on time.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and maintained as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pick up and deliver parts to wholesale accounts, body shops, independent repair facilities, and other customers across the Seattle area on a scheduled daily route
• Verify all outgoing orders for accuracy before departing -- ensuring the right parts are on the vehicle and matched to the correct customer
• Obtain proper signatures and documentation on all deliveries -- maintaining accurate records for every run
• Communicate proactively on delays, traffic, or delivery issues -- keeping the parts department informed so customers can be updated
• Return cores, warranty parts, and any undelivered items accurately and on time
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and reported for any maintenance needs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Reliable and punctual -- delivery routes run on a schedule and the accounts depending on those parts need them when expected
• Familiar with the greater Seattle area -- knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and neighborhoods helps you run an efficient route
• No parts or automotive experience required -- we'll train you on our processes and systems
