Job summary

Chevrolet of Milford in Milford, CT is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Delivery Associate to support our parts and service teams. You will pull, stage, load and deliver products, check in inventory, and ensure accurate paperwork and payments while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, stage, load and deliver products to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Unload, check in, and put away inventory.
• Responsible for accuracy of delivered product, accounting of customer payment, signatures and monies collected.
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment and fleet vehicles in accordance with Company, state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain current certifications and licenses in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Manage accurate records of customer returns for credit, including all related documentation.
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
• Greed customers with a pleasant smile and positive attitude.
• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed.
• Keep Parts Department neat and orderly, moving and organize as directed by the manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must be punctual and self driven.
