Job summary

Sonsray Vernon, CA is seeking a Parts Driver to deliver and pick up parts for customers, handling paperwork and returns with accuracy. You will perform routine warehouse tasks, stock shelves, and assist the parts and service teams as needed.

This full-time role requires excellent communication, a valid driver's license, and willingness to drive 80% of the time; you’ll join a dynamic, growth-oriented dealership that supports career development and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a calm demeanor and customer service focus.
• Must be over 21 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to operate a large pickup truck (3/4 ton) and pickup liftgate.
• Able and willing to drive 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up parts from customers, ensuring all appropriate paperwork is completed and signatures are obtained.
• Stage, load, and unload pickup trucks.
• Maintain a helpful and courteous attitude towards customers and co-workers.
• Inquire about customer needs to identify additional sales or service opportunities and utilize marketing promotional materials.
• Collect checks from customers on credit hold during parts delivery.
• Assist with stocking and organizing shelves as needed.
• Pack parts for shipping or delivery.
• Provide parts service to mechanics and customers.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance on the truck and keep it clean and organized, inside and out.
• Comply with all road signs and operate vehicles within their limits and environmental conditions.
• Adhere to all auto and equipment safety rules and regulations during work assignments.
• Regularly travel away from the employer's business locations to existing customers and prospective clients.
• Perform other duties as directed by management, in line with dealership objectives.

Job Title: Parts Driver

Salary Range: $20-$24 hr

Position Summary:

The Parts Driver will mainly be responsible to deliver parts to our customers with appropriate paperwork and pick up any merchandise returned that is accompanied by the appropriate paperwork. Performs basic warehouse work of a routine nature; place returned parts on shelves; remove sold parts from stock, the process for shipment, and assist in other areas in the warehouse and parts department when needed.
