Job description

We are seeking a Parts Driver for our Kenworth of Canton location. The primary function of the Parts Delivery Associate is to provide parts and customer service for outside customers.

QUALIFICATIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load orders to be delivered in truck; verify for accuracy.
  
• Organize route by discussing orders with Outside Salesman assigned to that daily route.
• Deliver parts to customers and pick up any returns or cores.
• Each morning: visit each local engine vendor to pick up daily orders and other local vendors as needed. Deliver core returns to vendor as needed.
• Maintain vehicle: keep interior and exterior in good condition and report any problems to management.
• Assist shipping and receiving as needed.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Follows all accounting and procedural rules as outlined in the Parts Department Polices Book and the Company Employee Handbook.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to the Parts Manager.
• Additional duties may be added as needed.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
