Job Purpose

A Parts Driver connects Napa to other businesses that use Napa parts. A person in this position is key for providing excellent service to customers that do not walk in our doors.

Duties

• Build good relationships with Napa customers.
• Confirm accurate and swift delivery of parts.
• Assist with resolving issues for commercial customers.
• Help check-in and stock inventory.
• Share knowledge and skills to train new drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to back into parking spots.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• GED
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated.

Other Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
• Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
