Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Nampa is looking for a dependable Parts Driver to support local businesses by delivering parts on time and maintaining excellent customer service.

In this role you will build relationships with customers, assist with stock and inventory, and help train new drivers while upholding safety standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to back into parking spots.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated.

JOB PURPOSE

A Parts Driver connects NAPA to other businesses that use NAPA parts. A person in this position is key for providing excellent service to customers that do not walk in our doors.

DUTIES

• Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
• Confirm accurate and swift delivery of parts.
• Assist with resolving issues for commercial customers.
• Help check-in and stock inventory.
• Share knowledge and skills to train new drivers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to back into parking spots.

• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
• Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
