Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company is seeking a Parts Development Supplier Quality Development Specialist in Ellabell, GA. This role focuses on improving Supplier Quality Management by developing procedures, conducting audits, and collaborating with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bilingual skills in English and Korean are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related job experience.
• Experience from Automotive industry in Purchasing, APQP, PPAP.
• Experience in manufacturing processes including injection molding, welding, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and control procedures for Supplier Quality Management System efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of supplier facilities.
• Monitor and enhance quality assurance processes throughout the supply chain.

Skills

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

Supplier Development/Engineering

Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies

Bilingual – English, Korean, and/or Spanish

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting
