Colonial Group seeks a Parts Manager to lead the parts department, drive sales, and supervise staff in a fast-paced automotive/trucking environment. You will plan budgets, manage inventory, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include cross-department collaboration, reporting financials, and implementing training programs to meet company goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of trucking/automotive management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall performance of the parts department.
• Supervise personnel: interview, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, safety, and company goals.
• Motivate staff to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Prepare annual marketing and budget plans; set price levels.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Develop inventory control systems and monitor accuracy.
• Communicate goals daily/weekly/monthly within Parts Department.
• Foster collaboration with other dealership departments.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by manager.
