Job summary

Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is seeking an entry-level Parts Runner / Parts Department Assistant to support service technicians and counter staff. You will manage inventory, keep the shop clean, and safely transport auto parts to technicians and external clients.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable communication. No prior experience required, but warehouse or automotive exposure is a plus. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to service technicians to keep workflow smooth.
• Pick up and transport parts from warehouses, dealerships, and vendors.
• Receive incoming freight, verify packing slips, and unpack inventory.
• Stock and label shelves according to inventory grid.
• Process core returns and warranty parts for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, dusting, and disposing of trash.
• Operate company vehicles safely and follow traffic laws.
• Assist other departments when needed by moving vehicles or running errands.
