Karl Malone Powersports SLC is seeking a Parts Department Assistant to support our Warehouse and Delivery Services. You will help identify, locate, and deliver parts between technicians, locations, and customers, ensuring repairs can be completed with the correct components.

In this role, you will retrieve parts from the warehouse, assist in day-to-day shop needs, maintain kiosk and tire area inventory, and help move parts between locations.

Competenze

• Must have a clean and valid driver's licsense.
• Ability to twist, turn, reach, bend, squat, sit, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude

Mansioni

• Timely retrieval and delivery of the correct parts from the warehouse to technicians.
• Assist in overall shop needs allowing technicians to remain in their stalls and the kiosk parts advisors to remain in their kiosks.
• Retrieve warranty return parts from the technicians and deliver them to the warranty parts area.
• Help maintain inventory of parts in kiosk and tire areas.
• Check-in daily tire inventory orders.
• Assist the wholesale and body shop counters with pulling requested parts and shelving daily parts deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining the condition of the parts department by cleaning, sweeping, and other duties as needed.
• Move and deliver parts between other locations and dealers.
