Karl Malone Chevrolet Park City is seeking a Parts Department Assistant to support our Warehouse and Delivery Services. You will help customers and staff identify, locate, and deliver parts for technicians, locations, and customers.

The role emphasizes timely part retrieval, inventory upkeep, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include paid training and opportunities for advancement within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
• Ability to twist, turn, reach, bend, squat, sit, and stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced work environment ability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and task focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
• Prompt and courteous, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Timely retrieval and delivery of the correct parts from the warehouse to technicians.
• Assist in overall shop needs allowing technicians to remain in their stalls and the kiosk parts advisors to remain in their kiosks.
• Retrieve warranty return parts from the technicians and deliver them to the warranty parts area.
• Help maintain inventory of parts in kiosk and tire areas.
• Check-in daily tire inventory orders.
• Assist the wholesale and body shop counters with pulling requested parts and shelving daily parts deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining the condition of the parts department by cleaning, sweeping, and other duties as needed.
• Move and deliver parts between other locations and dealers.
