Job summary

North Central International, a full-service International Truck dealer group, seeks a dedicated Parts Warehouse Associate to keep our parts flow accurate and on time. You will receive, inspect, and prepare shipments, stock inventory, and perform local deliveries to support customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL not required unless operating larger vehicles.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or parts department setting (preferred).
• Basic computer and data entry skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pulling, counting, and shipping parts.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle for local deliveries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive Incoming shipments; inspect, verify and document contents.
• Prepare outgoing shipments: pack, label, and process orders using shipping systems.
• Unload trucks, containers, or pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor as required.
• Sort, label, and store incoming goods in designated areas according to inventory procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments received and sent, including entering data into inventory and shipping systems.
