O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Wisconsin to maintain and operate store vehicles for parts delivery, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will process deliveries with handheld devices, collect signatures, and manage daily vehicle inspections. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with additional duties including customer service and merchandising as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company’s 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries and capture customer signatures.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and perform daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, handheld devices, and monies collected.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slip.
• Communicate customer issues to store management and report vehicle needs promptly.
• Clock in/out according to company policy; assist with cashier duties and merchandising as needed.
