O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to customers, and manage COD transactions and returns. You will maintain vehicle safety and tracking using handheld fleet devices, and assist with general store duties as needed.

The role requires safe driving, reliable communication, and the ability to adapt to customer needs and routing changes. Bilingual abilities are a plus and warehouse tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Familiar with automotive parts is a plus.
• Ability to operate light store equipment.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries and customer signatures using fleet devices; update mileage and inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintained; complete daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, cards, devices, and money; manage COD deliveries and returns.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Report issues to store management and assist with stock and merchandising as needed.
