You will also pick up returns, perform daily vehicle inspections, keep equipment secure, and assist with cashier duties when needed. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s driving standards.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages highly desired.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Familiar with automotive parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and inspected daily.
• Secure all vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs from customers to management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damages promptly.
• Ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are secured at day’s end.
• Clock in/out per policy and perform duties including cashiering and merchandising as needed.
