O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate company vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. You will process deliveries using hand-held devices, collect COD payments, and pick up customer returns while keeping assets secure and drivers compliant with safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability to changing delivery scenarios, and a valid driver’s license; bilingual ability (Spanish) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company policy standards.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and perform vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secure at all times.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs to store management and report vehicle maintenance issues.
