Responsibilities

• Coordinates pick-ups and deliveries with the parts manager and shipping/receiving staff.
• Delivers parts to body shop and distributes to technicians as needed.
• Verifies invoices against purchase orders and checks payments received.
• Maintains a daily log of deliveries and pick-ups with recipient signatures.
• Unloads trucks nightly and submits paperwork for undelivered parts.
• Performs basic maintenance on delivery trucks and reports major repairs as needed.
• Supports service department with drop-offs/pick-ups and stocking orders to expedite deliveries.
