Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Parts Delivery Driver to ensure our customers receive automotive parts and equipment promptly. If you are a skilled driver with excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

1. Delivery of Parts: Safely transport parts, equipment, and supplies to customer locations.
2. Loading and Unloading: Load and unload items onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring security during transit.
3. Route Planning: Plan routes to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
4. Customer Service: Deliver parts with professionalism, answer questions, and address customer needs.
5. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory records and report discrepancies.
6. Documentation: Complete receipts, invoices, and paperwork accurately and promptly.
7. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic checks and report issues.
8. Safety Compliance: Follow traffic laws and safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous materials.

Qualifications

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
2. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, perform physical tasks.
3. Excellent navigation skills; GPS familiarity is a plus.
4. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
5. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
6. Attention to detail in documentation.
7. Knowledge of automotive parts (preferred).
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
9. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Additional Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift (if applicable).
• Maintaining the truck/delivery vehicle.
• Participating in training programs.
