Responsibilities

1. Pickup, deliver, and handle parts and materials for retail, wholesale, and internal customers.
2. Organize and write up all deliveries, starting with parts from emergency orders.
3. Communicate with others in the dealership regarding any special pickup or delivery of parts needed.
4. Load van in a timely manner.
5. Route deliveries efficiently to ensure customers receive their parts promptly.
6. Communicate effectively with customers and handle core or parts returns.
7. Remember that you are the face of the company and maintain good relationships with customers.
8. Use downtime to clean your vehicle or inquire about additional tasks from management.
9. Complete any duties assigned by the assistant parts manager or parts manager.
