• Organize and document deliveries for emergency orders.
• Communicate delivery status with the dealership staff.
• Load the delivery van efficiently and safely.
• Route deliveries for timely customer service.
• Interact professionally as the face of the company.
• Hand off cores or returns as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pickup, deliver and handle parts and material for retail, wholesale, and internal customers.
• Organize and write up all deliveries starting with the parts off of the emergency orders.
• Communicate with others in the dealership as to any special pick up or delivery of parts that are needed.
• Load van in a timely manner.
• Route deliveries to the best of your knowledge so that our customers get their parts as soon as possible.
• Communicate well with the customers. Bring back any core or parts returns they might have.
• Have an understanding of our customers remembering at all times that you are the face of the company.
• Use any downtime to clean up the vehicle you drive or ask management what work they might have for you to do.
• Complete any duties assigned to you by the assistant parts manager or parts manager.
