Responsibilities

• Pickup, deliver, and handle parts and materials for retail, wholesale, and internal customers.
• Organize and document all deliveries, prioritizing emergency orders.
• Coordinate with dealership staff regarding special pickups or deliveries.
• Load the van efficiently.
• Route deliveries effectively to ensure prompt service to customers.
• Communicate clearly with customers and handle core or parts returns.
• Represent the company professionally as the face of our dealership.
• Use downtime for vehicle cleanup or other tasks assigned by management.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned by the parts management team.
