Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive guidance and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth operations and relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading/unloading per routes.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; report vehicle issues promptly.
