Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company rules.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with clear automotive advice.
• Work with store personnel and accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; keep delivery vehicles in good condition.
