Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts safely to customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores and pickups from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Process customer payments securely in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and keep delivery vehicles maintained.
