Job summary

Empire Truck Sales is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver at our St. Rose, LA location. You will load/unload freight, read invoices, verify shipments, locate parts, and deliver to the service department, while maintaining inventory accuracy.

A valid driver’s license with a clean MVR is required and basic computer skills are needed. No experience required, but prior parts or warehouse work is a plus. We offer competitive wages and benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability, a 401(k), and

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• No prior experience required, but experience in parts/warehouse is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds; ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound freight.
• Read invoices and pull customer parts orders.
• Verify each piece of freight shipped or received.
• Sort and locate each part and place it in the proper warehouse location.
• Deliver parts to the service department as required.
• Drive the delivery pick-up area.
• Ship freight/parts using various carriers.
• Maintain inventory cleanliness, accuracy, and organization.
