NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) Cincinnati is hiring for a full-time parts delivery role. You will deliver parts to customers, build lasting relationships, and support efficient stock management while representing the NAPA brand on every visit.

You will handle pickups from multiple vendors, maintain accurate inventory, and uphold safety standards during all deliveries. Flexibility for schedule, weekends and holidays is required, with opportunities for growth within a Fortune 200 company.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering parts to customers and developing relationships.
• Picks up parts from multiple vendors and maintains stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain inventory and ensure parts are stocked correctly.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and adhere to safety procedures.
• Act as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance checks.
