Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick and deliver automotive parts to professional customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will handle returns, manage inventory, and build relationships with large accounts, supporting upselling initiatives.

The role requires safe driving, strong communication, and the ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and reading of safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• Operate the delivery board system and back-stock inventory tools.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Attend to returns and core pickups as needed.
• Assist in promoting sales flyers and loyalty programs.
