Parts Delivery Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parts to customers, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
• Coordinate last-minute pick-ups or deliveries before leaving.
• Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
• Verify that invoices match purchase orders for each pick-up.
• Check payments received against invoices for each delivery.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily deliveries and pick-ups; obtain recipient signatures on each entry.
• Unload the truck nightly; submit all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Assist with stocking and posting orders upon arrival to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.

Parts Delivery Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three months’ experience in customer service and delivery.
• Valid driver’s license.
