Midwest Bus Sales is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver to join our team in Skokie, Illinois. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with $20 per hour base pay plus bonus opportunities, helping keep customers' vehicles operating safely and efficiently.

You will safely pick up and deliver parts and equipment, verify orders, and coordinate with the parts department to optimize routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets company MVR requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and equipment to customers, vendors, and company locations.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Verify orders, invoices, and delivery documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, payments, and customer signatures.
• Coordinate with the parts department to organize delivery routes and accommodate last-minute requests.
• Load and unload parts and equipment, ensuring items are handled safely and securely.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing Midwest Bus Sales.
• Communicate customer feedback and service concerns to the Parts Manager.
• Assist with the pickup and drop-off of customer buses when needed.
