Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous delivery of parts to wholesale customers to meet supply demands and maximum production.
- Ensure accurate and complete invoices prior to pick-ups and deliveries to sustain productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with inventory personnel and management to ensure the operation is appropriately cleaned, organized, and safe.
- Ensure maximum productivity, customer service, and cost control.
- Maintain a secure and organized delivery system to prevent damage and/or loss of company materials to retain cost levels.
- Deliver and pick up parts timely and accurately to sustain consistent workflow.
- Perform all job duties requested from management.
- Assist in getting all janitorial supplies to the appropriate closets.
- Assist in getting all parts department trash and pallets to the appropriate dumpster.
- Maintain the delivery vehicles, including scheduling services, maintaining gas and oil levels, and vehicle appearance.
- Report to supervisor between runs or after the final delivery, and assist with other duties such as cleaning or organizing in the warehouse.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance, and abide by all company procedures in the Associate Handbook.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and report any accidents.
- Operate with integrity and uphold high ethical standards.
- Set an example of outstanding attendance, positive attitude, and professionalism.
- Communicate and resolve customer complaints and adjustments.
- Interact politely and friendly with customers and co-workers.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company well.
- Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., No Weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 18 years old.
- Maintain a valid, clean driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Basic communication skills, ability to read and write.
- Ability to understand instructions and information.
- Good judgment and dependability.
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and operate objects or controls.
- Exposure to shop environment, weather conditions, and the need to operate equipment safely.
